Internship opportunities at HCRN
Hoosier Cancer Research Network (HCRN) is currently seeking graduate students for paid internships. HCRN is an independent nonprofit contract research organization based in Indianapolis, Ind., that specializes in early phase, multi-center, investigator-initiated oncology clinical trials. Our studies are conducted through a nationwide network of more than 450 academic and community sites.
Job Description
- Mailings for patient accruals to sites
- Mailings for principal investigator (PI) engagement
- Contact management
- Filing for Finance and Human Resources
- Correlative kit building
- Special projects
- Research # of publications and show by disease state/poster/oral presentation/abstract, etc.
- Help identify CTWG physician members at HCRN sites by site and disease state. Identify others at site in different disease states.
- Assist with trial budget research.
- Validate data in the OnCore system
Language Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as computer software and documentation and procedure manuals. Will have the ability to write routine reports and business correspondence.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete issues. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
