Hoosier Cancer Research Network provides a full range of services to our members, from initial pre-membership discussions through contracting, budgeting, regulatory support, and ongoing training opportunities. There are no costs to become a member of the Hoosier Cancer Research Network.
Contracting and Budgeting
Hoosier Cancer Research Network executes clinical trial agreements with funders or sponsors as well as agreements with participating sites. An Institutional Participant Agreement (IPA) allows a member site to open trials through protocol-specific work orders, which expedites the startup process.
Hoosier Cancer Research Network collects and maintains all required regulatory documents (e.g., CVs, medical licenses, laboratory certifications, etc.) Our dedicated regulatory staff manages site-level IRB submission timelines.
Hoosier Cancer Research Network provides monthly webinars for our member sites. Topics alternate each month between data and project management.
Clinical Trial Working Groups
Hoosier Cancer Research Network member sites are invited to participate in all of HCRN’s clinical trial working groups. These working groups provide early information on concepts and trials in development.
