Belief-driven workforce: Insights from HCRN’s Brian Stemme

Chief Executive Officer of Hoosier Cancer Research Network, Brian Stemme, authored an article on Inside Indiana Business titled, “Belief-driven employees seek organizations that make a difference,” published May 24, 2024.

The article spotlights a national trend: employees are increasingly seeking work that positively impacts society. This trend is echoed by staff members at HCRN, including our newest team member, a recent college graduate who emphasized her interest was motivated by HCRN’s mission and cause.

Stemme analyzes this trend from the perspective of an employer, detailing how organizational leaders should consider these motivations and the role they play in reaching corporate goals.
