The Hoosier Cancer Research Network Correlative Sciences and Gastrointestinal Clinical Trial Working Groups are hosting a seminar, Integrating Correlative Science into Investigator-Initiated Studies, that features rapid-fire presentations from leading companies that are developing novel assays, diagnostics, and technologies applicable to GI malignancies. This seminar will run as 10- to 15-minute sequential presentations.
The purpose of this seminar is to provide investigators with resources for embedding correlatives into their clinical trials and to highlight current and emerging technologies that can contribute to scientific discovery and enhance the value of data collected from clinical trials.
Following the seminar, HCRN will connect investigators with presenters to discuss concepts in development and integration of correlative studies into IITs. This seminar is open to all investigators, and is designed especially for those in gastrointestinal medical oncology, radiation oncology, surgical oncology, radiology, and translational science.
