Director of Project Management

Rae Lee oversees and coordinates activities between the clinical project managers and operations associates to ensure the efficient conduct of internal operations and clinical research. The Project Management Team manages the overall process of planning, communicating, and coordinating from study development and activation to trial closeout. Rae’s team collaborates with scientific team leaders, executive management, and outside stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of all HCRN trials. As a member of the HCRN management team, Rae assists with determining and implementing company strategy and operational goals.
