This month, Hoosier Cancer Research Network highlights the work of University of Arizona Cancer Center at Dignity Health St. Joseph’s as a featured member of Hoosier Cancer Research Network. Jue Wang, MD, FACP, professor of medicine and interdisciplinary oncology and section leader of the Genitourinary Oncology Division at the University of Arizona, shares his research and educational background.

Research Interests:

Dr. Wang specializes in the treatment of genitourinary tumors, which include cancers of the bladder, kidney, urinary tract, urethra, and penis. His research focus is on enhancing the effectiveness of cancer treatment by integrating genomic-guided precision medicine strategies into clinical trial design and clinical care. Dr. Wang is a member of American Society of Clinical Oncology, Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology, International Society of Gastrointestinal Oncology, and International Society of Geriatric Oncology. He has been recognized as a top doctor by the Castle Connolly Top Doctors® database, 2014-2019.
