We are moving. Here’s what you need to know.
Hoosier Cancer Research Network is moving to a new office location this spring, and our mailing address is changing. The following FAQ outlines how this change will impact certain areas of our operations. If you have any questions not covered below, please call our offices at 317-921-2050, or send an email to contact@hoosiercancer.org.
What is the new address?
Hoosier Cancer Research Network
7676 Interactive Way, Suite 120
Indianapolis, IN 46278
When will the move occur?
Our new address will take effect on Monday, May 18.
Will mail be forwarded to your new address?
Yes. Mail forwarding service will be in place for one year following our move. Please update your contact records to prevent a disruption in service.
Will phone numbers and email addresses change?
No. All company and staff phone numbers and email addresses will remain the same.
Will the move require changes to agreements, CDAs, or contracts?
HCRN will send a separate written notice of new address to our sites and vendors. We will not initiate amendments solely to change our address but will include that in future contract amendments.
How will the move impact the shipment of correlative samples?
We will send updated correlative laboratory manuals to participating sites in April. The following timeline should be observed for all shipments. Please address any questions to Kraig Galbreath (kgalbreath@hoosiercancer.org) or Mayan Howard (mhoward@hoosiercancer.org).
- April 15: This is the final date for shipments made to HCRN’s current office location.
- April 16 – May 3: Do not send shipments to HCRN during this period. Samples to other labs should continue as described in the correlative laboratory manual.
- May 4: Begin sending shipments to HCRN’s new address, listed above.
